If the operatin g conditions are modified:

Modifications t o the effective load may cause t he mass to strike hard against the
end position (load peaks).
• Repeat the setting of the YSRW ( chapter “Commissioning”).
Hard knocking requires the following remedy:
• Reduce the impact speed; measure the cushioning length (s) 6 ( Fig. 3) as
acheck( Technical data Fig. 13).
Insufficien t cushioning indicates a considerable loss of oil. In this case the
YSRW must be replaced.
MaximisingtheservicelifeoftheYSRW:
If the shock absorber is not used to its full extent, there will be an increase in the
oil leakage.
• Make sure that the shock absorber is operated with an energy utilisation of at
least 2 5 % to max. 100 %. The recommended range lies between 50 and 80 %.
• Make sure that the extent of utilisation of the YSR W is as follows:

• Take into account that t he viscosity of the hydraulic oil diminishes during opera-
tion due to the frictional heat which arises.
The shock absorber can therefore break throu gh after a lon g period of operation .
At temperatures below 0 °C:
• Observe that the resetting times of the YSRW become longer (approx. 1 s).
Low temperatures cause an increase in the viscosity of the hydraulic oil.
6 Maintenance and care
• Examine the YSRW for loss of oil after approximately every 2 million load
changes. At the same time, you should check the cushioning length (s)
( Fig. 3) of the YSRW.
Otherwise the YSRW does not require any maintenance.
7 Disassembly and repairs
• Observe environmental protection requirements when disposing of the YSRW
(hazardous waste disposal). The YSRW is filled with hydraulic oil.
Due to the design , the hydraulic oil cannot be refilled.

1 功能和应用
YSRW 型液压缓冲器充满了液压油。

当超过最大许用冲击力时:
• 除了液压缓冲器外,还需额外使用止动挡块。
• 安装 YSRW 就位时请注意以下几点:
–确保负载尽可能沿着轴向撞向缓冲垫 5 ( Fig. 1 ),
(最大偏差 3°, Fig. 2 )。
–利用外部止动挡块 8 ( Fig. 3 )来防止由于冲力过大而导致 YSRW
过载,同时还有助于提高终端定位的精度( Fig. 3)。
• 按照所选固定方式拧紧锁紧螺母 3 ( Fig. 1)。

4调试

• 压入力应至少达到(F2),为使液压
缓冲器能够完全地压入到终端位置。
对于前置的外部终端位置,此值应相
应地减小。
• 作用在活塞杆上的最大复位力 F1
应保证缓冲器能够完全复位
(例如:活塞杆完全伸出)。
• 先用较小的运行速度启动运动部件进行测试。
试运行时:
• 将工作负载逐步加速至所需运行速度。
请根据具体的负载情况选定合适的运行速度。正确的终端缓冲是:液压缓冲
器的活塞杆到达终端位置(止动挡块)时不会发生强烈撞击。
